The TN020 license is Abrites’ latest and most advanced solution for calibrating fully digital Denso instrument clusters with RH850 processors, found in Toyota and Lexus vehicles up to model year 2024. This cutting-edge procedure is performed within seconds via a direct CAN-Bus connection to the vehicle, ensuring quick, accurate, and secure results.

Functionality:

• Dashboard calibration for fully digital Denso clusters with RH850 processors

• Supports the latest Toyota and Lexus models with fully digital dashboards (no analog gauges or LED indicators)

• 2023 Toyota Corolla

Required Hardware & Software:

• ABRITES Vehicle Diagnostics Interface (AVDI)

• Direct CAN-BUS/LIN-BUS Connection Cable Set (CB012)

• Extension Cable for Direct Connection to Toyota/Lexus Smart System with B9/BA (CB031)

• Active Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS)

Procedure Notes:
The TN020 calibration process requires the CB012 and CB031 cables to establish a direct CAN-Bus connection to the vehicle through the Denso Smart System. An AVDI with an active AMS is mandatory for enabling and performing the operation.
