The Scanmatik 3 is the latest professional diagnostic and reprogramming tool, designed to provide cutting-edge support for modern automotive protocols. The Scanmatik SM3 Pass-Thru Adapter succeeds the SM2Pro, adding compatibility with CAN-FD and DoIP protocols. It offers extensive support for SAE J2534-1/2 and TMC RP1210 standards, essential for OEM vehicle diagnostics, reprogramming, ECU flashing, and vehicle tuning software like PCMflash, BitBox, Combiloader, MDFlasher, and more. Exclusive software features such as Ignition State Emulation (VAG ODIS) and KLINE multiplexing (MB-DAS) have been implemented to enhance vehicle and function coverage. Additionally, J1850 VPW/PWM and Chrysler SCI interfaces ensure compatibility with legacy vehicles.

Note: Production of the SM2Pro ended in December 2024, but it will continue to receive software and feature updates.
