GT100+ Pro vs. GT100
- GT100+ includes an electronic current display.
- GT100+ supports CANBUS protocol communication.
- Enables instrument/immobilizer reset when all keys are lost.

The GODIAG GT100+ is the latest testing platform for OBDII protocol communication detection and ECU maintenance, diagnosis, programming, and coding. It can force the activation of the instrument and anti-theft system by short-circuiting when all keys are lost.

Equipped with voltage and current displays, it aids maintenance engineers in assessing the current working status of the ECU. It converts the car’s OBD2 interface to a 16-pin interface for signal detection and electrical level conversion and can connect to single or multiple vehicle modules.

Additionally, it can be used with any diagnostic tool to verify car communication status. It supplies power to the car during battery changes to prevent the loss of vehicle control module data, automatic locking, key remote control failure, and fault light activation.

GODIAG GT100+ Function and Operation Guide

When connected to a vehicle and diagnostic tool via OBDII, the GODIAG GT100+ LED will show the status of the communication between the OBDII diagnostic interface and the car.

It also monitors and displays the voltage of the vehicle's OBDII interface in real-time. If the voltage drops below 11V, it is advised to stop diagnostics and programming to prevent issues such as the vehicle failing to start, data loss, or module locking.

ECU Connection: Single Module Connection

Connecting the GODIAG GT100+ to a single ECU module allows for easy diagnosis and programming of that specific module.

GT100+ Key Programming for VW, Porsche, Mitsubishi, etc. with All Keys Lost

Activating the Instrument or Immobilizer Module:

To program keys for various vehicles when all keys are lost, the GT100+ can activate the instrument or immobilizer module.

VW 4th/5th Generation Key Programming (e.g., new A6L, Touareg, A4, Q5, A7):
- Use the GT100+ to short-circuit the banana connector from PIN 16 to PIN 1 to illuminate the dashboard.
- After the dashboard lights up, connect a key programmer tool to the female adapter of the GT100+ for data collection.
- Note: Some vehicle dashboards, such as A6L and Q7, may not light up, but data collection is still possible.

Toyota Engine ECU Replacement or Key Programming with All Keys Lost:
- Short-circuit PIN 13 to PIN 4.

Mitsubishi Key Programming with All Keys Lost or OBDII Setup:
- Short-circuit PIN 1 to PIN 4.

Porsche Cayenne Key Programming with All Keys Lost or Remote Key Lost:
- Short-circuit PIN 3 to PIN 7.

Voltage and Current Value Display Function

When connecting the ECU module on a bench using the banana connector or the DB25 dedicated ECU interface, the GODIAG GT100+ displays the voltage and current values.

The user can easily monitor the current status of the ECU. If there is no current display or if the actual displayed current differs from the expected current, it indicates a potential issue. The user can then immediately check for incorrect wiring. If the wiring is correct, it suggests that the ECU might be faulty, allowing the user to skip diagnostic communication and proceed directly to ECU repair.

If an excessively high current is displayed, it can also help determine if there is a wrong connection or if the ECU is damaged.

GT100+ Communication Protocol Display

Pins 1, 9, 3, 11, 12, 13, and 8 (corresponding to the yellow banana connector on the device) may display CAN BUS or K-Line communication protocols for non-standard OBD2 interfaces. The GT100+ can display K-Line, PWM, VPW, and KWP 2000 protocols.

It can quickly communicate with a single ECU on a bench by connecting with the ECU diagnostic or programming tool. This allows engineers or technicians to complete their work on the bench and avoid the risk of data loss in other modules when testing directly on the vehicle.

GODIAG FEM BDC Test Platform for BMW

The GODIAG FEM/BDC programming test platform is specifically designed for BMW locksmiths, maintenance engineers, and FEM/BDC programming specialists.

This platform allows the programming of a new key when all keys are lost and can add a new key to a BMW FEM BDC vehicle on a bench setup.

GODIAG BMW CAS & CAS4+ Test Platform

The GODIAG CAS4/CAS4+ test platform is specially designed for BMW locksmiths, maintenance engineers, and CAS4/CAS4+ programming professionals.

In conjunction with GODIAG GT100, Xhorse VVDI 2, BMW VVDI BIM tool, Lonsdor K518, Autel IM608, and similar tools, the GODIAG CAS4/CAS4+ test platform can program a new key when all keys are lost, add new keys, and replace CAS4/CAS4+ ECU modules.

Before reinstalling the CAS4/CAS4+ module into the car, you can connect this test platform to the CAS module to check for communication issues or malfunctions. It is used to read and backup data after preprocessing and to replace the CAS4/CAS4+ immobilizer module (e.g., replacing a 2-port CAS4 with a 3-port immobilizer system with comfort access).

Before reinstalling the CAS4/CAS4+ module, it can verify if the programmed key synchronizes with the CAS4/CAS4+. This platform helps engineers skilled in programming CAS4/CAS4+ keys expand their business.

If a car owner loses their key, they can remove the CAS4 module and the corresponding ECU, and ship them to a locksmith to program a new key and perform a synchronization test on the programmed key and CAS4/CAS4+.

For troubleshooting, when a key can't start the car, this test platform can determine if the issue is due to a mismatch between the CAS4/CAS4+ and the key.

The platform uses a dedicated OEM CAS4/CAS4+ fast connector, ensuring a simpler, more convenient, and reliable connection without bending the communication pins of the CAS4/CAS4+ module.
